When I first came I was in so much pain and frustrated because I could
get no one to understand the pain I was in and the severity of thepain.
It took Joe less than 5 minutes to begin describing to me the pain I
was having. He was then able to explain why I was havingthe pain
and how we would fix it. I then began a recovery thataddressed
not just the need to get me better but also the fact thatmy job and
recreational activities required a certain amount ofstrength and
conditioning. The staff was always friendly and professional, and I
enjoyed coming each time. My recovery still amazes me. - Hilary G.
In early March 2010, I embarked on my journey to recover from total
shoulder replacement. It is now mid-July and I am amazed at the
extent of mobility I have achieved. I was under the therapy and
guidance of therapist, Phil Caruso. Phil's compassion, patience,
encouragement and extensive knowledge of his craft, makes me feel
confident that my progress will continue. Lilly and the front office

I came here, post surgery on my right knee, barely able to bend it or put weight
on it to walk. Through physical therapy I am able to do everything I was able to
do prior to the knee pain. I am able to resume riding my bike and am planning on
running a 5K race. I am thrilled that I can resume playing with my son like a
normal father. It is in no small part due to the great work by the staff at

When I first came in my lower back would stiffen and fatigue after very little activity. I was unable to practice hitting golf balls for more than a few swings or complete household chores without frequent rest. Now, I am much better and I learned what I need to know to continue and/or maintain the progress I made. - Nick I.
I came to Panetta and met Joe B. my therapist. My right arm had no motion at all and my doctor had little expectations. Joe worked with me and every visit I saw improvement. At the end I have more movement, strength, and motion than any one expected, thanks to Joe. My experience at Panetta P.T. was surprisingly positive. Not a true believer at first that this was going to be of any benefit to me. My P.T., Phil Caruso, was very patient with me and taught me patience. I expected immediate results and often times was very frustrated, but he assured me of positive results if I just cooperated and followed his direction, which I finally followed and now I have completed my sessions, which far exceeded my expectations in the amount of improvement I've made. When I arrived at Panetta, I could barely walk without pain. They started therapy and also noticed that my back problem could be helped with a lift in one shoe.
